I’ve done this day, some version of it, countless times. Sometimes with a visitor in tow, with headphones and a camera, sometimes just chasing a bit of stillness when Manhattan gets too loud. And no matter how many times I do it, it never feels the same. That’s part of Brooklyn’s magic.
